Robotic Packaging

Principal Features

Autoload Flexibility

Design can handle a nearly infinite number of packaging applications.
Product infeed modules are configurable and can be mounted on either side of the robot to ensure the most efficient flow of materials and use of floor space.
The high payload capacity allows a large variety of products to be handled.

Intelligence

The FANUC M420i robot is fitted with end-of-arm-tooling tailored to handle any type of product.
Using the control platform of the FANUC robot to drive auxiliary axes reduces parts and increases commonality of components.
The robot and conveyors can be easily reconfigured to handle new and upcoming products without further capital investment making the LRC-400i the ultimate flexible asset.
