Appoint a packaging machine sales specialist with a commercial / technical background. This person should ideally deal exclusively with cartoners and labelers, supporting the rest of the sales force and also acting as an intermediary between Baumann's customer service and the distributor.
Invest in Baumann® equipment, suitable for the market, and keep it on display in a "showroom" or at exhibitions.
