ELS 500 Crossweb Labelling Systems
The ELS 500 Crossweb Labelling Systems are specifically designed for integration into Thermo Forming and Sealing Machines discharging packs in multiple lanes. Again, the core module is the ELS 200 Labelling Station fitted optionally with a printing or coding system feeding the labels into the applicator head. The labels are peeled off the backing paper and conveyed with round belts into position, held on by vacuum. The application onto the packs is with a pneumatically operated set of slide plates to ensure positive and accurate application. The ELS 510 applies labels direct onto the top film before sealing, the ELS 520 applies labels to the top and the ELS 530 to the bottom of finished packs.The ELS 540 is a dual purpose machine to apply labels either to the top or bottem of packs.
