ELS 200 Labelling Station
The core module is the ELS 200 Labelling Station available in right and left hand executions. The machine housing is milled from a solid block of high-density aluminium for stability, high quality finish and minimal use of single components. The ELS 200 can be configured for three maximum label width of: 100, 150 and 200mm. Inside or outside wound label reels with conventional labels or transparent labels up to 360 mm in diameter are easily loaded onto the carrier with a quick fastening devise. An optional sensor detects when a label reel is near the end, or when it requires reloading. The labels are fed with a stepper motor at a speed of up to 60 m/min to the dispensing edge and together with an electronically controlled sensor the labels are applied with a very high accuracy at high throughput rates. A selection of label dispensers are available to suit specific pack and label placement requirements for example flat packs, pods, tubs etc., placing labels onto flat or bevelled surfaces and into recesses like lids, or around corners such as labels with seal tags or larger
OCM corner labels for cases and boxes.

SME Control System
The graphic user interface with SME Control System is very easy to understand and is designed for use throughout the range with or without printer, without a need to change software. Product specific parameter settings can be stored to enable a fast change over between production runs. Unique error codes enable efficient fault elimination and communication with service support. The possibility to interface with third party control systems enables integration of the ELS 200 into most types of packing machines. The alternative SC Compact Controller, a keypad with LCD, is directly mounted onto the ELS 200 Labelling Station where the need for storing product specific parameters is not required.
